Screen printing is the oldest and most reliable modern printing method and can be used on a variety of apparel and promotional products. It produces quality results while keeping cost in mind. The screen printing method works best when you need several, usually 12+ items produced. With screen printing the higher the quantity the lower the per piece cost becomes. Contact us for quantity discounts on custom printed t-shirts, sweatshirts, team uniforms, bags, gifts and more.

Custom embroidery is a great way to get your brand or organization recognized. Quality embroidery starts with a properly set-up or digitized design, this will ensure a long lasting and upscale looking print. We are here to help you with any questions you might have regarding embroidery and how to find the right for your need.

Heat transfer vinyl is used within our shop for highly customized per piece orders and is probably used the most when decorating jersey’s or team gear where individual names and numbers are required for each piece. We would also recommend this type of printing if our customer is only needing only 1 or 2 items with custom printing verses a higher quantity of printed products.

Sublimation printing is the newest type of printing found with in our industry and is growing fast in popularity.  Our dye-sublimation printing processes offers picture quality printing on a range of apparel and promotional products. This process is unique in that it actually dyes the product surface with a full color image where as traditional printing causes the print to sit on top of the surface.  This ensures a print that will not fade, crack or peel over time and can be washed with confidence.

Bags, Keychains, Banners, Flags, USB Memory Sticks and Custom Stickers are just a few of our most popular promotional items that we can offer. With a full line of quality and affordable product options we can help you find the right promotional product for your company, team or occasion.

What artwork do I need?

There are two artwork types: Raster images and Vector images.  Printing quality graphics requires high quality or high resolution artwork. We recommend, if possible, to provide us with vector artwork which is created in a vector software program like Illustrator or Corel Draw. If you are unable to get this file type you can also provide us with a High Quality raster image with a minimum DPI resolution of 300.  If you are unsure what file type or what resolution image you have you can read further using the link below for an in depth article or contact us:

What is digitizing for embroidery?

Digitizing is a specialized term when it comes to embroidery. Digitizing for embroidery is the manual creation of stitches for a logo or artwork and then creating a sew file that a computerized embroidery machine then reads and stitches out. The word digitize implies that artwork is somehow automatically turned into stitches and then loaded onto an embroidery machine, but this is far from the truth. People are also under the false impression that digitizing has to do with saving your file in a digital format or getting your logo or artwork vectorized (enter link), but this is not true. A professional embroidery shop will likely have on staff a highly experienced digitizer to create a quality embroidery file needed to run an embroidery machine. Digitizing take years of hands on practice to master and because of the amount variables in embroidering various materials with different stitch techniques there are always new things to learn.  Some common problems that are often seen with logos that are digitized by inexperienced digitizers are: Wavy or Curling embroidery, Unreadable text (especially small text), Unwanted space between embroidery sections, or Fabric showing through embroidery.  For more information on digitizing for embroidery please contact us or follow the link below to read our full article:
