Screen printing is the process by which color is added to a garment or product through a mesh screen. The image is first burned into a screen using a UV emulsion. Multiple screens can be printed on top of each other to achieve a multiple-colored design on apparel or a product.
Each screen is carefully calibrated and burned to achieve the best print possible. Since each screen takes time to set up we have a basic minimum piece quantity that we can do for screen printing garments, which is 12 pieces. This means that all items ordered must have the same print on them to be counted for our minimum quantity. Some promotional items will require a higher minimum order depending on the product and artwork.
Embroidery is the application of stitches into fabric to achieve a final design by the use of a embroidery machine. We use muli-head commercial embroidery machines to get the quality and constancy for each embroidery run. Unlike screen printing embroidery pricing is not mainly determined by the number of colors in a particular design but by the total number of stitches in your logo, patch or emblem. Every design to be embroidered will required digitization, this process is not automatic and is not done by a computer, but by an experienced digitizer. Your logo will be set to stitches and certain color changes, patterns and sewing order, selected for the best outcome of your logo. We can estimate the amount of stitches your logo will be before digitization is done to give you a full estimate of your job.
We use heat press mostly in our shop for individual names and numbers for customization of apparel and uniforms. We have many types of vinyl and products available for heat press applications depending on your need and style. We have many colors (gloss or matte), sparkles, glitter and rhinestone (bling). We are careful to only use the highest quality garments specifically designed to handle heat press vinyl. Bleeding into the heat press transfer often occurs when not using the right kind of material. This is why we do not do any printing on “customer owned garments”.

What kind of artwork file(s) do I need?
Depending on the type of printing and the complexity of your artwork, this can vary. It is best to have a vector file (a native Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw file, or .eps file). If you do not have vector artwork for your project, in most cases we can use a high quality (300+ DPI at a larger size) pixel file (Photoshop, JPEG, TIF, or PNG). If you do not have any of these available or are unsure of your artwork type please feel free to contact us and we can walk you through our artwork requirements.
What is your turnaround time?
Depending on the type of printing and if any artwork design is required. Our average turnaround time for screen printing and embroidery is 7-10 working days, from the time of final proof approval. Promotional products can vary from this depending on the quantity ordered and type of product selected.
Do you offer samples for sizing?
For most of our apparel products we are able to offer customer samples for sizing purposes. You can also visit our Apparel Page to find your item and pull up the size chart.
How many colors can you print?
For standard screen printing jobs our maximum number of colors is 6. Depending on your artwork, your desired product and/or the quantity of your job we might be able to get more colors into your print. Typically the number of colors in your job will determine the pricing per unit. Certain promotional products and heat transfer items will not be limited to a certain number of colors but can be printed in full color. Please contact us for more information.
